The employees is a 10, really attentive and helpful. The food items, the services, almost everything was Superb. We enjoyed a terrific stay and the dinner was delicious. We loved Hotel Imperial. We’re going to come again.

Assuming that you are visiting Kraków you have to book a room here. The hotel is renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. And a great atmosphere!

Very good and clean place. The area where is located is great, just what we were looking for. Beds were being pretty cozy. There wasn’t a great deal about the social environment however it´s great for a complete night rest. I liked my days here enormously and will most likely reserve once again for my following visit here.
